I started as a delivery driver working for a mom & pop used appliance store in my hometown of San Diego, CA. Eventually, I learned how to repair appliances and later discovered I liked selling them...and I've been knee-deep in Retail ever since. Over my career I have worn virtually every hat--from retail salesperson, Store Manager and Director of Training to President & CEO.
